Welcome

This is my first experience with blogging. Welcome to the age of technology! I figured that this would be a smart way to keep everybody posted on "the happenings" at the studio and other things impacting the studio. I guess the first step is setting up a link to this blog from the website. As many of you know, I live in Polkton....work full time in Charlotte as a photographer....and have my own business/studio in Wadesboro, so being mobile and flexible Is a big part of my life. (figuratively on the flexible thing...at 43 yrs old, not actually very flexible anymore..ha!) . How does everybody like the knew layout on the pages of the website and the new gallery? This week I plan to add this blog as well as a picture of the month and funny quote or video or story of the month on the welcome page. I have to get my pictures ready to hang up in the front lobby at Lockhart Taylor for all of May and June. There will be 6-8 pictures in nice frames showing samples of my work and hopefully the Center will allow me to put flyers on the front table. I hope to design a cool sign to hang up with the pictures too. We'll see what time permits. I want to make it on a canvas gallery wrap and have it exactly the right size to put above the entrance to the studio. Well, I'll keep ya posted.
